For example
  1 Remove all rubber covers, antenna and battery, remove six screws.
  2 Carefully open the mid-back cover from the bottom, disconnect the wire from the vib that attached to the in-side of mid-back cover.
  3 Remove all small parts from the mid-back cover, using heat gun if needed.
  4 Remove the copper heat tape.
  5 Carefully separate the cable that on top of the lcd cable, they are connected with double side film tape, there is no function connection.
  6 Disconnect the lcd cable from the pc board .
  7 Remove the pc board, be carefully, the side-keys are attached to the pc board and can not be removed away from it.
  8 Remove all parts from mid-front cover such as antenna base¡­
  9 Separate the flip from the mid-body by using a flat tool.
  10 Remove the side-ends .
  11 Remove the rubber cover, screw cover and 4 screws.
  12 Pop-up front face plate.
  13 Remove the camera lens cover by remove a small screw from in-side face plate .
  14 Remove the camera lens and speaker, but they cannot be separated from lcd; a heat gun is needed .

  16 Disassemble is complete .

  18 Attach the soft pad to front lcd lens then attach the lcd, lens and speaker .
  19 Install front face plate.
  20 finalize the flip installation .
  21 Insert the lcd cable and attach flip .
  22 Install the barring .
  23 Install all small parts that was removed from original housing.
  24 Install pc board w/side keys .
  25 Connect lcd cable .
  26 Attach the cable back as it was removed .
  27 Apply copper type. (Do not loss it, it is for over heat )
  28 Install Antenna base etc. those small parts were removed from mid-back cover. Attach vib cable to pc board .

  30 Close mid-back cover, apply all screws .
  31 Install antenna and battery .
  32 Installation Complete .
